Rotherham United are eyeing a move for Wigan Athletic forward Callum Lang, according to Darren Witcoop of the Sunday Mirror.
The South Yorkshire side are 24th in the Championship and are looking for a spark in the second half of the season. Lang is the subject of interest from several clubs within this window.
Leam Richardson, the manager of the Millers, was once employed by Wigan and is eager to bring the 25-year-old to the team. After losing to Stoke City 1-0 yesterday, Rotherham has only triumphed once in their previous five games.

ar, netting two goals and dishing out two assists. The English forward joined Wigan in 2016, but in his 36 Championship games prior to that, he had only managed one goal.
The manager, Shaun Maloney, announced that Lang had calf problems, which kept him out of the Wigan squad for this weekend’s match against Northampton Town. Lang was born in Liverpool.
According to a recent report from Football Insider, Lang is the subject of bids from Derby and Portsmouth, and the Latics are willing to let him leave the team during this time. Due to recent financial difficulties, Wigan needs to raise money and might be willing to profit from the attacker in an effort to improve the situation.
