Crash: Tributes to motorcyclist who died in crash*

An “incredible personality who was taken way too soon” was how his relatives described the biker who died in a collision.

When his Kawasaki and an automobile collided in Littleport, Cambridgeshire, last week, Bradley Roberts, 30, an East Cambridgeshire resident, passed away at the scene.

Mr Roberts was described as a “fantastic husband, father, brother, son, and friend” by his family.

The motorist, a 64-year-old Suffolk resident, was taken into custody on charges of reckless driving resulting in death.

On January 31, at approximately 16:15 GMT, a collision occurred on the A1101 Mildenhall Road near the intersection with Mile End Road.

Mr. Roberts was declared deceased at the scene, and the Brandon woman operating a Nissan Qashqai was taken into custody and released on bond until April 24.

In a tribute released through Cambridgeshire Police, Mr Roberts’ family said: “While he will be remembered as the wonderful, caring man and kind soul who would do anything to help anyone in need, he’ll mostly be remembered for his witty sarcasm, loyalty, intelligence and perfectionism.

“He was captivating and hilarious to be around, and there was never a dull moment in his presence.

“His dedication, passion and love is unmatched. He was an incredible personality who was taken way too soon. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.”

Police are still appealing for anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident to contact officers.
