Wiltshire Police officers were dispatched to a “disturbance” that occurred between 2 and 3 p.m. on Curtis Street in Swindon, according to their description.
It was thought that a man and a woman in their 20s were involved; the male was taken into custody on suspicion of assault at the scene.
Now that more investigation is underway, he has been freed on bond, and authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed what happened to get in contact.
