Hawthorn Signs Mega Money Deal.

Moondarra Cheese has joined the Hawks family.

With Moondarra Cheese becoming an official partner of Hawthorn, the brown and gold are thrilled to announce this delectable new partnership.

As part of the delectable partnership, Moondarra Cheese’s logo will be prominently featured on Hawthorn signage on game days and at important annual events.

Through the partnership, Moondarra and Tarago Cheese products will be deliciously sampled for Hawks members and fans during game days and events throughout 2024, providing a healthy serving.

Moondarra Cheese joined the club, and Hawthorn CEO Ash Klein was overjoyed to have her join.

Klein stated, “Hawthorn is thrilled to collaborate with Moondarra Cheese in 2024.”

Similar to Moondarra Cheese, the Hawks take great pride in being superior and creative both on and off the pitch.

“We express our gratitude to Moondarra Cheese for their dedication to the club and eagerly anticipate their involvement in our match days and annual events, in addition to fostering relationships with our fervent brown and gold members and supporters.”

Since its founding in 2004, Moondarra Cheese has garnered recognition for its superior, inventive, and distinctive assortment of flavoured cheeses, which includes the perennially well-liked Honey Pistachio.

More premium cheeses have been added to the cheese platter and portfolio since Tarago Cheese, a beloved Victorian icon in the Gippsland region, was recently acquired. The most notable addition is the highly regarded Shadows of Blue cheese.

Director of Moondarra Cheese Matt Freeman, a third-generation Hawks fan, was excited to be working with the Hawks in 2024.

“Everything that we aspire to at Moondarra and Tarago Cheese is embodied by the Hawthorn Football Club, also known as the family club,” Freeman stated.

“Our family-run business sees our people as the heart of our operations, echoing the values that drive both our business and the mighty Hawks on and off the field.

“It is our desire to bring families and friends together through the enjoyment of our cheeses and we look forward to a successful partnership for 2024 and into the future.”
