The 42-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
After being shot at a house in Ayrshire, a guy lost his life.
Just before 4:50 p.m., the 42-year-old was found at a residence on Ardrossan’s Nithsdale Road.
It has been confirmed by the police that he passed away there.
In an attempt to locate the gunman, detectives have now started a manhunt.
“At approximately 4:50 p.m. on Sunday, , a man in his 42nd year and a woman in his 46th year were inside a house in Nithsdale Road, Ardrossan when a man entered the house and discharged what appears to be a firearm before leaving the house,” a Police Scotland spokeswoman stated.The 42-year-old guy was subsequently discovered at the scene with severe injuries, and he passed away shortly after.
