Following the death of a guy who was found unconscious in the street, police launched a murder inquiry.
On Saturday, June 8 at around 9 p.m., officers were summoned to complaints of an attack in the Seacroft neighbourhood of Leeds.
With severe head injuries, the man, who appeared to be in his 40s, was discovered on Rosgill Drive.
He was brought by ambulance to the hospital, where he passed away on Saturday.
In relation to the event, two guys, ages 38 and one, age 36, have been taken into custody by the police.
They are being held under policy while investigators conduct investigations.
West Yorkshire Police’s Det Ch Insp Matthew Holdsworth stated: “Detectives are piecing together the circumstances that led to this tragic death.”
“I would urge anyone who may have seen the assault, or who may have information about the circumstances surrounding it to come forward and contact our investigation team.”
