LEYTON ORIENT ANNOUNCES PARTNER WITH SHEPHERD NEAME BREWERY

Founded in 1698, Shepherd Neame boasts a long and established history in the refreshment and hospitality sectors. From the beginning of the 2024/25 campaign, a number of new beers will be available for fans to purchase on home matchdays.

To launch the partnership, Shepherd Neame are releasing a limited-edition commemorative lager that pays homage to Clapton Orient’s contribution in The Great War. All supporters are invited to vote on the final design of the bottle with two options being available to choose from below.

Leyton Orient CEO Mark Devlin said: “I am very pleased to welcome Shepherd Neame to the club as our Official Beer Partner. We know how important a beer or two on a matchday can be to fans and we spoke to lots of brewers before deciding on who to work alongside.

“Shepherd Neame were the standout candidates, both in terms of their diverse and dynamic drink portfolio, and their eagerness to engage with our supporters throughout the tenure of the partnership.

“Fan engagement is at the centre of every decision that we make as a club and we are really excited about Shepherd Neame’s limited-edition commemorative lager. I hope that this is the first of many joint initiatives that we can work together on with them.”

Shepherd Neame has invested a substantial quantity of money to update the beer-pulling infrastructure throughout Gaughan Group Stadium and is collaborating with the club to renovate the South Stand Bar this summer.
