Road closed as victims struggle for life after ghastly crash in Wiltshire

Due to a serious crash, Wiltshire’s busy A361 is closed.

Around 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday, emergency personnel were called to the area of road that runs between Southwick and Rode.

It’s unclear what else happened, but at least one person is thought to have suffered severe injuries.

“Drivers please be aware that the A361 at Rode Common Farm southwest of Southwick is currently closed in both directions following a serious RTC,” a Wiltshire Police spokesperson said in a statement.

There’s a good chance the road will be blocked for several hours. Please take other routes.
