Police launch investigation after ghastly crash kill one in Bundaberg

Following the horrific car crash on Wednesday night that claimed the life of a three-year-old, Queensland Police have opened an investigation.

About 7.30 p.m., a car carrying two young children, ages three and eight months, and driven by a 38-year-old woman veered off the road and crashed in Rosedale, in the Bundaberg Region.

Despite the fact that witnesses and emergency personnel arrived at the scene swiftly, the three-year-old passed away there.

The eight-month-old was unharmed, but the woman had minor injuries and had to be taken to the hospital.

Authorities are requesting that anyone with information come forward while they look into the matter.
