Two car crash causes road closure in Norfolk

Following an accident involving a car and a tractor, a road in Cambridgeshire is closed for eight hours. Following the collision, traffic on the A10 between Littleport and Southery was suspended in both directions.

At 9.52 am, there were reports of a two-vehicle crash, so Cambridgeshire and Norfolk Police responded to the scene. There were no reported injuries.

“Police were called to the A10 at Brandon Creek following reports of a two-vehicle collision between a car and a tractor  at 9.52am,” a Norfolk Police spokesperson said. The path was impassable.

A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson added: “No injuries, no arrests and Highways dealt with the road closure.” The East of England Ambulance Service attended but a spokesperson said they were ‘stood down’ shortly after arriving at the scene.
