Reason while Seven players leave Featherstone Rovers disappointing

Seven players who left the team after the 2024 Championship campaign ended have been verified by FEATHERSTONE ROVERS.

Charlie Harris and Harry Bowes will join Dewsbury and Keighley, respectively, as was previously stated. Zeus Silk, Keenen Tomlinson, Wellington Albert, Declan Patton, and Jack Bussey are the other five players leaving the club.

James Ford, the head coach of Rovers, has given each of the outgoing players his respect.

Regarding Keenen Tomlinson: “Keenen accepted the challenge of representing Featherstone and did display some remarkable moments while he was a member of the Club.” We all hope he has a great time at his new club.

Regarding Zeus Silk: “Zeus put a lot of effort into his game and showed up late to the celebration after playing in the National Conference League. The way he conducted himself against Halifax on his debut really impressed me. The Club’s whole membership is eager for Zeus to succeed in the future.

Regarding Charlie Harris: “Charlie put a lot of effort into his game, and even though he didn’t play as much as anyone would have preferred, he definitely leaves us as a better player.” Charlie has our warmest wishes for success at

Dewsbury.

Regarding Harry Bowes: “He showed a lot of promise and constantly put the team first, which is highlighted by the number of times he played out of position, even though things didn’t quite go as we all hoped.” We hold Harry in the highest regard for it, and we hope he succeeds in his next endeavor at Keighley.

Regarding Wellington Albert: “Being late to the Club and missing the entire preseason made it a difficult task for Wellington.” He did, however, contribute to the team’s strong moments, particularly when the ball was in his possession. We hope the future holds nothing but the best for Wellington and his family.

Regarding Declan Patton: “We employed Dec as one of several halves during 2024 for a variety of reasons. He took on the task of leading us into the playoffs, and while things didn’t turn out the way we had all wanted, we did witness a great deal of talent and class. We all wish Dec well as he goes on and are confident he will do greatly at his new club.

With regard to Jack Bussey: “Jack has been For many years, he was a fantastic player for Featherstone Rovers. We all wish Jack luck at his new club and know he will be missed.
