The Blades, who are ranked second in the Championship table, are in stronger form going into the match. They moved into the automatic promotion spots earlier this week thanks to their late victory over Bristol City and Leeds United’s loss to Millwall.

Sheffield Wednesday enters the Steel City derby fresh off a thrilling victory of their own throughout the week.
Following a crushing 6-2 loss to Watford at Hillsborough, Danny Rohl was expected to respond, and he did. They took advantage of Norwich City’s subpar performance to win 2-0, with goals from Josh Windass and Dominic Iorfa.
They are now ranked 15th on the table as they attempt to recover from a lackluster start to their debut season under Rohl.
