An appeal by The Football Association [The FA] over specific rulings made by an independent Regulatory Commission concerning the ownership and/or funding of Swindon Town FC was denied by an independent Appeal Board.
The Regulatory Commission rejected specific claims that Swindon Town FC, First Touch Pro Management, Lee Power, Michael Standing, and Gareth Barry had violated The FA’s Regulations on Working with Intermediaries.
The Appeal Board rejected the FA’s appeal against these specific rulings, and the Regulatory Commission’s rulings are still in effect.
