ASTON VILLA PARTICIPATE IN CONTEST TO LAND ‘INCREDIBLE’ ARSENAL TRANSFER TARGET

Arsenal reportedly has interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto, and Aston Villa is considering a surprise raid for him.

On Saturday, Arsenal conducted a Pedro Neto scouting mission; but, Unai Emery and Aston Villa may now present a threat.

According to a report from 90Min, Arsenal is very interested in signing Neto.

The Portuguese wide receiver overcame a series of injury issues to regain his best form.

With one goal and four assists in seven Premier League games, Neto has been exceptional lately, earning the praise of manager Gary O’Neil who called him “incredible.”

The 23-year-old, who is now drawing significant interest, might be the subject of offers made during the January transfer window.

Pedro Neto is being scouted by Arsenal, while Aston Villa is also interested.
According to recent rumors, Arsenal has been closely monitoring Neto in preparation for a potential transfer for the winger.

Neto has long been regarded by Mikel Arteta and Edu, and Arsenal may make a January move to sign him.

It is believed that Arsenal scouted Neto on Saturday while he was helping Wolves defeat Manchester City 2-1.

After a driving surge that concluded with Ruben Dias scoring an own goal, Neto once more displayed his talent in the final third by setting up the first goal.

However, Arsenal is not the only team vying for Neto.

According to the source, Neto is a target for Atletico Madrid, the Saudi Pro League, and Aston Villa.

Neto and Moussa Diaby working together to help Ollie Watkins in the final third may be Unai Emery’s ideal, but a deal won’t be easy to come by.

The animosity between Villa and Wolves appears to have heated up recently.

Both teams aren’t the main competition; Wolves and West Bromwich Albion are Wolves’ two biggest rivals, while Villa’s main competition is Birmingham.

However, Villa and Wolves have been forced to forge a deeper rivalry in recent years as a result of Birmingham and West Brom remaining in the Championship.

Wolves won’t want to lose their star player to Villa, especially in the middle of the season, you can be certain of that.

Villa will be aware of this, but they might still make a cunning bid for Neto in an effort to raid their rivals and humiliate Arsenal in the process.
