Youri Tielemans appears to be just as good as the player that starred for Leicester City a few years ago, despite having a challenging beginning to his career at Aston Villa.
Tielemans was forced to wait until November to make his first league start for Villa because he required some time to get used to the structure that Unai Emery is using this season. Since then, he has been available for eight games and has started six of them. However, during the 1-0 victory over Arsenal, he sustained a calf injury.
Arriving on a free transfer after his Leicester contract expired, Tielemans was the first summer signing for Villa, much to the pleasure of the recruitment staff.
