Aston Villa is about to make its first transfer announcement of the January window as Kosta Nedeljkovic approaches Crvena Zvezda.

After joining Villa, the 18-year-old right-back is expected to play for the Serbian champions for the remainder of the 2023–2024 campaign. This week, Nedeljkovic is scheduled to arrive in England to finalise his relocation.

Graficar and Crvena Zvezda have a close relationship, and Nedeljkovic was joined by Stefan Radujko and Aleksej Vukicevic, the other members of the Serbian champions.

When Nedeljkovic was added to the first team squad for the 2023–24 season by Crvena Zvezda’s new manager Barak Bakhar in August 2023, he made his debut for the club after scoring his first goal as a senior while on loan at Graficar.

This season, Nedeljkovic has made 12 appearances in Super Liga Srbjie and has tallied one assist. This season, he has also made four appearances in the Champions League.
