Beith man sentenced after getting aggressive and threatening his mum with violence..

Andrew Baillie, 37, was sentenced at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court following the incident two years ago.

Baillie, of Ash Drive, had previously pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards his mum during the incident on March 4, 2022.

He admitted adopting an aggressive demeanour, repeatedly shouting, swearing and uttering threats of violence, putting his mother in a state of fear and alarm.
