The former striker for Manchester United want to support his former colleague as he starts a new chapter at St Andrew’s.
Wayne Rooney, the striker for England and Manchester United who is starting a new chapter in his career, has received assistance from Dimitar Berbatov at Birmingham City.
Just last week, the club chose to fire former manager John Eustace, and the former DC United president was named the new manager of the Blues. After 11 games, Eustace had the Blues in sixth place in the Championship.
Rooney has come home with the intention of doing better than he did with Derby County just two years prior. After 12 years away from the big time, he has managed Blues with an average win percentage of 27.5%. His current job is to lead the team back into the big time.
