Bolton Wanderers, Blackpool, Shrewsbury Town and Fleetwood Town are all showing interest in Manchester United’s Dan Gore, as per The Mail’s transfer confidential.
Gore, a key player for Manchester United, has been linked to a transfer to the EFL during the January transfer window. According to reports in December, Preston North End showed interest in the 19-year-old midfield player.
Though a move hasn’t happened yet, Gore appears to have a few options given the recent claims of increased interest.
According to The Mail’s transfer confidential, League One is expressing the most serious interest in signing Gore, despite the fact that Championship teams have been “touted” to move for him. Bolton Wanderers, Blackpool, Shrewsbury Town and Fleetwood Town are among those interested to bring Gore in, it is alleged.
According to the report, agents are attempting to propose loan movements to him, and the Red Devils will take loan approaches into consideration.
Despite Gore’s two bench appearances this season, some believe it’s time for the Manchester United prospect to have more regular senior level experience after establishing himself as a standout performer at the youth level.
It could be best to ease into the first-team game a bit more with a League One move, as the Championship might be a leap into the deep end. If a third-tier move is determined to be Gore’s best choice, he will have plenty of options to choose from, as Bolton Wanderers, Blackpool, Shrewsbury Town, and Fleetwood Town are all interested.
Since all four teams are somewhat close to Manchester, they can monitor his progress while he’s on loan while still being able to stay in touch with friends and family in the area.
