Bolton Wanderers Key man Sidelined with Back Fracture”

According to tests, Kyle Dempsey has been playing with a cracked vertebrae in his back for the previous two months. This might keep him out of the game until late November.

Prior to the international break, Dempsey had appeared in every league game for Bolton. On August 15, he encountered an issue against Fleetwood Town when he was subjected to a strong challenge.

Evatt says the 28-year-old midfielder will now have to sit on the sidelines himself after X-rays over the previous two weeks proved the seriousness of the issue. The midfielder had been having regular painkilling injections to allow him to play during somewhat of an injury crisis at Wanderers.

“He has been working hard for the team’s advantage while we have

many wounds, Evatt said to bwfc.co.uk.

We were able to investigate it in depth and get an X-ray over the international break.

He has been dealing with that for the past month when it returned with a vertebral fracture.

“Kyle’s thoughts regarding this club and our treatment of him are amply demonstrated by that. He desired to be of service to the team and to us.

“The fracture is halfway through the healing process because of how long ago it occurred, but it will probably take another three or four weeks for it to fully settle down before he is back on the grass.
