Bolton Wanderers key man signs new deal until June 2027

Bolton Wanderers have extended the contract of Aaron Morley to keep him at the club until June 2027.

The midfielder still had 18 months to run on his current deal, but he has now agreed terms on a new one.

The 23-year-old Morley has played for Bolton for just under 100 games since moving from Rochdale in January 2022.

“This is where I want to be at this time of my career and, hopefully, we can push on together,” he stated.

10 goals for the Whites to his credit, Morley stated on the team website that the team “is still too low for what kind of club it is.” Our goal is to return to the Championship and maybe even the Premier League.

“That’s always a dream for me, so hopefully we can do that together.”

On Friday night, Bolton, currently ranked third in League One, will travel to Fleetwood Town (19:45 GMT).
