Long Lane Bradford: Body found in burnt-out as police launch investigation explained’ death

Police are investigating after a body was found inside a burnt-out car in West Yorkshire.

Early this morning (Monday, February 19), on the semi-rural Long Lane near Bradford, the body was found.

Yesterday morning at around 07.45am, a member of the public reported the car, prompting the arrival of police and fire crews on the scene.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A scene is currently in place for forensic examination and to establish the full circumstances of what took place.

While investigations are being conducted, the death is currently being handled as unexplained.”
