Three exciting opportunities to join and enhance Bradford City AFC’s growing off-field operation are available.
The club is currently hiring a full-time director of ticketing and supporter services, a part-time graphic design executive, and a full-time head of marketing and customer relationship management.

Head of CRM & Marketing
In charge of the club’s marketing division, closely collaborating with the media and commercial departments, and managing consumer relations. The chosen applicant will oversee all club campaigns and be in charge of upholding and promoting the Bradford City brand.
Head of Supporter Services & Tickets
managing, taking responsibility for, and being essential to the growth of ticketing operations; driving supporter data insights; and improving the supporter experience by working with CRM operations.

Maintaining the Bradford City brand through an inventive and creative approach, working with the commercial and media departments to create graphic content and supporting the club’s marketing operation.
