Bradford road closed after man dies in fatal crash

A “gentle giant” lost his life in an automobile accident, and a guy is accused of causing his death.
On Thursday 11, , Nic Alec Biddle, 37, lost his life and four others were hurt when the Volkswagen Golf they were riding in collided with a stone wall on Bradford Road in Birstall.
At Kirklees Magistrates’ Court, 26-year-old Benjamin Carl Gabriel of Rawfolds Avenue, Birstall, appeared on a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.

According to his family, Mr. Biddle “loved life, loved his kids, his family, and his friends” and had a “beautiful soul”.
At the July hearing, Mr. Gabriel was also accused of driving dangerously and seriously injuring passenger Broden Foley.
Leeds Crown Court received Mr. Gabriel’s case, and he is scheduled to appear there.
