Road closed as rescue team attends serious collision scene in Bradford

Due to an accident that sent one person to the hospital this morning, police had to close a portion of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Sideroad 5.

One of the two cars in the collision, according to the police, came to rest on its side.

One patient was flown to Sunnybrook Hospital by air ambulance ORNGE, with injuries that turned out not to be life-threatening.

Due to unspecified injuries, two more people were transported to Alliston Memorial Hospital.

For the duration of the investigation, Sideroad 5 between Lines 10 and 11 and Line 11 west of Highway 27 were closed.
