Police release image of man and urge him to seek medical help after report of ‘serious offence*

A CCTV photograph of a man that West Yorkshire Police are looking for has been released in relation to a report of a serious offence that occurred in the early hours of Thursday, February 15, in the Leeds neighbourhood of Harehills.
