Road closed as busy restaurant evacuated after fire

Following a fire, a restaurant has been evacuated and a road has been closed.

Customers were asked to leave Lona Grill House and Juice Bar on Gloucester Road in Bristol on Sunday night as fire crews and ambulances arrived.

Gloucester Road has been closed by Avon and Somerset Police, and a spokesman acknowledged that more emergency services were attending to the incident.
It’s yet unknown if anyone was hurt, and Gloucester Road is closed.
