A man has died following a medical incident in a Bury St Edmunds Community centre.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to reports of a person in cardiac arrest in The Traverse in Bury St Edmunds.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We sent an ambulance, a BASICS vehicle and an ambulance officer vehicle.”
“Sadly, despite our best efforts, one man died at the scene.”
Suffolk police were also in attendance with officers keeping the scene clear.
