Tragedy as motorcyclist dies after fatal crash in Camberley

A 50-year-old Surrey man has been taken into custody in relation to the Hampshire motorcycle rider’s death.

The 52-year-old Ash cyclist passed away on Sunday night in front of the Jolly Farmer Pub in Blacknest.

According to the police, the man appeared to brake hard and his black Harley Davidson skidded off the road.

Blacknest Road was stopped for five hours due to a motorcycle crash that left Hampshire Constabulary believing there was another motorbike involved.

The Camberley resident, 50, has been freed on bond until September 6.

Witnesses to the collision are being urged by the police to come forward.
