CELTIC IN £20m MISFIT LINK*

Layvin Kurzawa, a £20 million misfit for Paris Saint-Germain, may be the solution CELTIC needs to fix their left-back dilemma in a last-minute move.
With Greg Taylor out with an injury and only the unimpressive Alexandro Bernabei available as a backup, Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring in a new No. 3.
Kurzawa, 31, who paid a large sum of money to join the French giants from Manaco in 2015, is currently being watched by the champions after a PSG Talk article noted that his availability had been noted.

DISPUTED OUTGreg Taylor celebrates his goal during last month’s 3-0 victory against St. Mirren in Paisley. However, the left-back’s legendary status was lost when an injury kept him out against Ross County, giving Brendan Rodgers a challenge.
The French international defender, who has been capped thirteen times, has played a relatively small role in the first team throughout the past two seasons. Last season, he made just six appearances while on loan at Fulham. Throughout this campaign, he has only made one substitute appearance for PSG.
Kurawa is intriguingly set to become a free agent in June after his contract expires.

Earlier in the season, the Hoops were linked to Tiago Araujo of Estoril, while Owen Beck of Liverpool, who recently returned for a second loan spell, was also reportedly of interest at Dundee. The Welsh Under-21 full-back’s chances of a move to Parkhead were scuppered by his recent cameo outing for the Anfield side in the 4-0 win at Bournemouth.

Due to FIFA regulations prohibiting a player from playing for three clubs in a single season, Rodgers’ pursuit was terminated.
Huge Bueno of Wolves has also been mentioned as a potential target, but sources suggest the Midlands team is unwilling to allow the Spain Under-21 defender to leave in the current transfer window.
