Celtic’s poorest transfer windows ever*

Adam Idah of Norwich City has been granted permission to join the team, while Sydney Van Hooijdibk, a former club transfer target, is already his route to Carrow Road. Idah, 22, is headed to become the second signing of the month for the champions.

The son of former Celtic Pierre, who is joining The Canaries on loan from Bologna until the summer, will ironically join the Parkhead side on loan for the remainder of the season, with Celtic reportedly holding an option to buy in the summer.

The two also discussed the current state of Gustaf Lagerbielke, with the Swedish defender’s loan move to Serie A side Lecce put on hold by the champions due to another injury to American international center-back Cameron Carter-Vickers, and how this transfer window may have been one of Celtic’s worst in the club’s history.
