Travis Kelce addressed the idea that the Kansas City Chiefs tossed a game in order to keep the Cincinnati Bengals out of the playoffs.
Over the weekend, the Chiefs lost a game against the Denver Broncos. After guaranteeing a position in the 2025 Super Bowl, the club rested a few of its best players. The Bengals were essentially eliminated from the race after their defeat.
Travis was very clear that their loss was unintentional in a recent episode of his podcast, New Heights.
When he brought up the rumor, Travis told his brother and cohost Jason, “I ain’t scared of f-cking nobody.” “The Bengals were the team I wanted in the fucking playoffs.” I want to play Mortal Kombat and defeat each dragon one at a time.
“I don’t even want this to be like we play the lowest seed,” he added. Give me the greatest teams, please.
“I’ll give them my best f-cking effort, going through each and every one of them.” He added that he would play the Bengals “at the Walmart parking lot” in the offseason, saying, “I ain’t scared of a single soul, man.”

“The Bengals were a fun-ass f-cking team to watch there towards the end of the season,” Travis added in a tribute to the squad. And it’s a shame they didn’t make it in the playoffs, because they would have made the playoffs that much f-cking crazier and that much more fun.”
