As the biggest charity for the armed forces in the UK, the Royal British Legion is honoured that football teams all throughout the nation participate in the Poppy Appeal.

The Legion commemorates the exceptional service and selflessness of all those who have served their nation in the past as well as the Armed Forces of today, who have fought alongside vital personnel on the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This year, the Legion’s mission is more important than ever since the nonprofit helps communities deal with a range of challenges, including social isolation, money problems, unemployment, bereavement, and the prospect of homelessness.
