Former Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has since worked in the Englandational team system and held managerial posts at Sheffield United’s academy and Jamshedpur FC. He is currently unemployed.
Andy Thorn, who worked as a talent scout for Coventry City from 2008 to 2012, has been with West Brom since 2015.
Steven Pressley, who led Coventry City for over two years, had also held positions at Fleetwood Town and Carlisle United. He is now a talent management coordinator at Brentford.

When Boothroyd departed Coventry in March 2011, it was unknown where he would head next.

Before leaving in April 2021, the 52-year-old worked with the national team’s under-19s, under-20s, and under-21s.
He has since worked at Sheffield United’s academy and as a manager at
the England national team in 2014.
Jamshedpur FC, which he will leave in May 2023. Boothroyd is no longer employed, and it is unclear whether he will return to management.
Thron worked for Coventry City from 2008 until 2012, serving in a variety of roles. For the first three years, the 56-year-old was the Sky Blues’ head scout.
He assumed command of the first team on a caretaker basis in 2011, and after a month, he was granted the post on a permanent basis.
Thorn was in charge for just over a year before leaving the club in 2012, having overseen 62 games. Since then, he has only held one management post, at Kidderminster in 2014.
Thorn was out of work for a while, but is now back in sport, working as a talent scout for West Brom.
Pressley took over as manager of the Sky Blues in March 2013 and served for slightly under two years, managing 100 games for the team.
After leaving Coventry, Pressley worked as Scotland’s under-17s manager, as well as manager at Fleetwood Town, Pafos FC, and Carlisle United.
The Cumbrian club was his last managerial position, with the Scotsman previously working as a talent management coordinator at Premier League club Brentford.
Tony Mowbray was in command of Coventry for just over a year, overseeing 75 games and averaging 1.33 points per game.
Since leaving the Sky Blues, the veteran EFL manager has built a Blackburn Rovers team that has moved away from the relegation zone and fought for the play-offs.
He then left Lancashire to take over Sunderland in August 2022, where he is still in charge today.
Russell Slade has been in the EFL for a long time, and Coventry City was one of the last clubs he coached.
Slade was in command of the Sky Blues for around four months, overseeing 16 games. Slade returned to management after leaving Coventry and being replaced by Robins.
Before leaving Grimsby Town, the 62-year-old was in command for just under a year. He then took a year out before returning to take charge of Hereford.
His last managerial position was as sporting director at League One club Stevenage, a position he held for only a few months.
