Coventry Police has issued an urgent appeal to find a man after a shop worker was attacked at newsagents in the city. A photo released by the force showed a bald man wearing a white T-shirt.
A man assaulted the shop worker during a robbery. The victim was kicked and punched before items were stolen. The incident happened on September 2 around 6:50am on Station Street East in Foleshill.
The full statement by Coventry Police said: “We want to speak to this man after a shop worker was assaulted during a robbery at a newsagents in Coventry. The victim was repeatedly punched and he was also kicked before items were taken. It happened in Station Street East at around 6.50am on 2 September.
