Duke basketball head coach Jon Scheyer revealed the extend of Tyrese Proctor’s injury.
Tyrese Proctor left the Duke basketball game on Saturday afternoon with an ankle injury and never returned as he left the arena on crutches.
Proctor’s condition had not been updated by the programme until Wednesday night, when head coach Jeff Whittaker revealed on Jon Scheyer’s radio show that the sophomore had only sprained his ankle against Georgia Tech.
Scheyer stated, “He’s working every day to be back as soon as possible.”
Duke won’t play until Saturday, December 9 against Charlotte. It hasn’t played since its trip to Atlanta.

The Blue Devils play just four games left in December, and that one game is at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, December 20 against No. 6 Baylor, a team from a power conference.
