Everton moves to sign Man United star, he is open to early exit

Everton reports that Everton wants to sign a Defender Victor Linderov in Manchester United in the next transfer window.

The news reports that Iris is interested in the central defender, which is the cost of about 6.5 million pounds of Red Devils. Dan Friedkin is expected to release funds for Sean Dyche in January [TEAMtalk], with the Sweden international out of contract at the end of the season and leaving Old Trafford.

For now, the Toffees have a few options in central defence, with Dyche’s favoured pairing being James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite.

Arsenal will be hoping to keep their title hopes alive when the Blues visit the Emirates on Saturday (14 December), but the Blues were resolute in defence in the 0-0 draw.

 

The Merseysiders have Michael Keane as a back-up option and signed Jake O’Brien in the summer.

Everton must focus on strengthening other areas of the pitch in the coming month, with the number nine position looking fragile. Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto have failed to live up to expectations, while Armando Broja has only recently returned after fitness concerns.

The Albanian was loaned to the Toffees from Chelsea during the last transfer window and will be unavailable for Sunday’s clash with Enzo Maresca’s men (December 22). Keen’s contract will expire at the end of the season, leave the Blues [Times, December 2], and will transfer Linderov next summer.
