Man Utd teenager returns from loan after criticism from manager’

After signing on loan in January, the midfield player for the League Two team saw only four substitute appearances.

The 19-year-old had already spent the previous season on loan with the National League team Altrincham, but this was his first time playing league football.

Oyedele’s experience has not been good, though, as Forest Green manager Steve Cotterill has publicly criticised his performances.

“He (Oyedele) has to do a lot more to get in the starting line-up,” Cotterill remarked of the Manchester United prospect following a 2-0 loss at Crawley Town in February. In my opinion, he wasn’t productive enough in the second half.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the Poland Under-21 international is back at Manchester United and is not anticipated to play for the League Two team again. He has not formally concluded his loan with Forest Green.

Manchester United plans to send the young player out on loan once more the next season, and he is now working with both the first team and the Red Devils Under-21 squad.

When the teenager arrived on loan at Forest Green, Troy Deeney was the manager, and Oyedele had seemed excited to be joining the team.

In January, he declared, “I’m very excited to be here and I’m looking forward to getting started.”

“I will infuse the group with energy, professionalism, and quality.”

I’m going to go all in and give it my best. Nothing will escape our scrutiny. I came here because I think we can overcome the obstacles, and I will do everything in my power to support that belief.
