In the League Two match at Priestfield Stadium, Bogle gave the Exiles a 1-0 lead from the penalty spot. He then celebrated in front of the home crowd.
Online footage appears to show a supporter making a monkey motion towards the striker; the County players quickly call out the offensive behaviour.
Referee Tom Reeves held a conversation with Bogle and captain Ryan Delaney before going to the touchline to report the incident to the managers, fourth official and steward.
