Serious injuries’ after assault in Gillingham

Kent Police is appealing for information following the assault

After an attack on Gillingham High Street early on Saturday morning , a guy had “serious facial injuries.” During the incident, the victim sustained a broken eye socket.

Three or four guys reportedly approached the victim about 1:15 in the morning, according to Kent Police. One member of the gang is accused of assaulting the victim by forcing him to the ground and then striking him in the face and body after a brief verbal exchange.

The perpetrator is described as white, with blonde hair, standing five feet ten inches tall, with a thin frame, and between the ages of twenty and thirty. He had on a grey top and blue jeans.

At this point, Kent Police is requesting information from the public and witnesses to come forward and assist with their investigation.A press release stated: “Following the assault the victim was left with serious facial injuries including a fractured eye socket.”
