So sad Big Injury Development for Warriors Player Revealed

This player may soon return to the Golden State Warriors.

Due to a left foot injury, Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II has missed the last two games; however, he may be getting close to playing again. During Tuesday’s practise, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr disclosed to reporters that Payton participated in a scrimmage and is doubtful for Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns.

This is a big injury development, as both Payton’s participation in the scrimmage and his questionable status indicate a return is near. The Warriors put out a statement on Payton’s injury just a few days ago that read the following:

“Warriors guard Gary Payton II, who exited Thursday’s game with 9:30 remaining in the second quarter due to a left foot injury, underwent an MRI. The MRI did not show any structural damage and confirmed the injury as a strained muscle in his left foot. Payton will not play in tonight’s game against Oklahoma City and will be re-evaluated over the weekend.”

Payton appears to have improved significantly since this first encouraging update, which stated that no structural damage was discovered in his foot. Payton, a crucial component of the Warriors’ offence and defence, ought to return to the starting lineup by the time Golden State plays its next game.

The Warriors team, which is still trying to find its rhythm, will put itself to the test in this game against the Suns.
