Hull KR confirm signing of star with “key member” prediction made

Hull KR have finally confirmed the signing of Tom Davies, with the Catalans Dragons winger joining the club on a three-year contract. As first revealed by Rugby League Live in January, the England international has agreed to link up with the Robins once his contract expires in France later this year.

The 27-year-old will act as a replacement for Ryan Hall, whose move to Leeds Rhinos next year has already been confirmed. A proven performer at the top of the competition, Davies has scored 81 tries in 144 Super League appearances in a career that has seen him represent Wigan Warriors and Catalans Dragons.

A three-time Grand Finalist, Davies won at Old Trafford with Wigan in 2018 and has played their with the Dragons on two occasions, while also helping the Perpignan club to the League Leaders’ Shield in 2021.

This is the verified second arrival of Rovers for 2025. Next year, he’ll play at Craven Park alongside Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, and further additions are anticipated.

Tom is a really exciting addition to the team, according to head coach Willie Peters. His statistics clearly show that he is among the competition’s best wingers.
