Emergency services were called to a bus station in Green Street, Kilmarnock ,at around 7.35pm on Saturday.
A man was arrested in connection with an assault at a bus station in Kilmarnock.
At approximately 7:35 p.m. on Saturday, allegations of an assault at a bus terminal in Green Street prompted the contact of emergency services.
The victim didn’t need to be admitted to the hospital.
A 25-year-old male was taken into custody and given charges related to the said occurrence.
“At approximately 7:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, police were called to a report of a man having been assaulted at the bus station in Green Street, Kilmarnock,” a spokeswoman for officers Scotland stated.
A 25-year-old male was detained and charged in relation to the incident once officers arrived. The Procurator Fiscal will get a report on him.
“The victim didn’t need medical attention at the hospital.”
