Ashberry Homes has launched a new development in Kilmarnock’s Moorfield estate.

The first wave of residences to be released contains seven various property styles, including the Hillside, a three-bedroom semi-detached home with an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, French doors leading out to the rear yard, and a basement cloakroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite.
Each home comes with Ashberry’s unique specification, including a contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances and bathroom, solar panels, an EV charging point, driveway and a turfed front garden.
Prices start at £216,995 for the Hillside and rise to £298,995 for the four bedroom Thorndon.
