Kilmarnock is the new location for The Paint Shed, the independent paint retailer that receives the highest recommendation in the UK.
With its headquarters located in Stirling, The Paint Shed offers a broad selection of trade paints, designer paints, and accessories to independent painters and decorators as well as retail customers via its website and network of stores located throughout Scotland and the North of England. The company’s twenty-first store is located in Kilmarnock.
The Paint Shed’s managing director, Michael Rolland, made the following statement regarding the opening of the Kilmarnock store: “We had been looking for the right opportunity in Kilmarnock for a couple of years now and thankfully we have been able to secure a great site.”
“Barry Nunn and his team will be in charge of the store, which will house all of the top brands in the trade paint industry. In addition to the well-known Paint Shed service, the local market will benefit from a large selection and excellent value from Johnstone’s, Dulux, and Crown mixing machines. For trade and retail clients, we will also carry Osmo, Benjamin Moore, Little Greene, and Zinsser Allcoat.
Leading paint manufacturers, such as Dulux, Johnstone’s, Crown, Farrow & Ball, and Jotun, have placed mixing equipment at their Kilmarnock store.
