Adam Lakeland, the manager of King’s Lynn Town, has been transparent about the team’s condition since taking over in late September. He has promised supporters that the upcoming season will be far better.
The Linnets maintained their National League North membership for another season despite Saturday’s 1-0 loss to Peterborough Sports at home, and Lakeland anticipates there won’t be a relegation struggle in the upcoming campaign.
“We’re safe, but I’m disappointed we lost, especially when we had ten men when it wasn’t a red card,” he stated.
However, since the club was in a terrible state when we arrived, our main goal was to keep it going, and we were successful in doing so.
