Leeds Rhinos Confirm Talk For 2025 Plans

Love Rugby League will examine the recruitment strategies of every Super League teams during the summer, and now it’s Leeds Rhinos’ turn to be the focus of attention.

Due to their current search for a new head coach, the Rhinos are in a bit of a transitional phase. They’ve conducted some business, extended offers to players, and are assembling their 2025 roster; yet, it won’t be complete until a new guy shows up at Headingley.

Here’s a look at the Rhinos’ plans so far.

Fullback: Lachie Miller, Alfie Edgell, Riley Lumb
Wing: Ash Handley, Ryan Hall
Centre: Harry Newman, Paul Momirovski, Max Simpson, Ned McCormack
Half-back: Brodie Croft, Matt Frawley, Jack Sinfield
Prop/13: Mikolaj Oledzki, Tom Holroyd, Cameron Smith, Sam Lisone, Justin Sangare, Kieran Hudson, Leon Ruan, Tom Nicholson-Watton,
Hooker: Andy Ackers, Jarrod O’Connor
Second row: James Bentley, James McDonnell, Mickael Goudemand, Morgan Gannon, Toby Warren, Ben Littlewood

Who’s still off-contract?

Five Rhinos players are out of contract at the end of the current campaign. David Fusitu’a, Rhyse Martin, James Donaldson, Luis Roberts, and Corey Johnson are the ones that they are.

Despite their best efforts, Martin is still much sought after by Warrington Wolves and Leigh Leopards. Other Super League teams are also interested in Roberts.

When he was head coach, Rohan Smith regularly left the door open for a deal involving Fusitu’a; nevertheless, the winger’s injury issues seem to indicate that Leeds may decide to let him go at the end of the current campaign.
