If I Am Honest – Daniel Farke Addresses Leeds

Several of the players who were loaned out by the Whites in the summer had relegation release clauses in their contracts, which facilitated the procedure.

Many of the players on loan may return to Leeds in the summer, so some Whites supporters are closely monitoring their progress outside of the team.

Farke, though, claims he is mostly focused on the players who are now at the club he is working with and is not one of those that follow the loan stars.

He thinks that as the season goes on, there will be ample time to consider the loan players.

At a news conference, Farke admitted, “If I’m being honest, it’s not really my topic.”

“I am only focused on the players who are with us and need all of m

y attention and energy to help them, therefore I do not have the time or energy to spend too many thoughts on this.

“I don’t worry or worry too much about the guys that are on loan.

“We regularly monitor what they are doing. For instance, during the international break, there is some opportunity to consider this issue further, but the end of the season is too far off to make any statements on this subject; we will do so when the time is appropriate.

“Let them continue on with their clubs for the time being; we’ll concentrate on the players we already have.”
Leeds currently have Jack Harrison, Sonny Perkins, Sam Greenwood, Luis Sinisterra, Cody Dramey, Jack Jenkins, Max Wober, Robin Koch, Diego Llorente, Rasmus Kristensen, Marc Roca and Brenden Aaronson out on loan.

Farke’s side are set to take on Bristol City on Saturday at Elland Road and will be eyeing bagging three points to consolidate their position in the Championship.
