Charlie Kelman, a striker for Leyton Orient, has rejoined the team on a season-long loan from Queens Park Rangers.
The 22-year-old striker won the League Two championship with The O’s while he was previously on loan there. The Striker is the team’s second summer acquisition, following Leeds United loanee Sonny Perkins.

Charlie made these remarks when interacting with the club’s media crew.
“I was thrilled to have the opportunity to return as soon as I learned about it. After speaking with Richie and PT, it seemed obvious.
“The day we won the league was incredible, and everyone knows how special this club is.” The entire season was fantastic.
It’s a credit to all of the players at the club that they are looking forward to a second season in League One after nearly going out of business in the National League.

Who Is Charlie Kelman?
Charlie, who grew up in Basildon, enrolled in the Southend United youth and played 35 games for the senior team during their League One campaign. He made his debut in a 3-2 loss to Plymouth.
Kelman joined Queens Park Rangers of the Championship in October 2020, and he played 11 games for the team in 2021–21.
Kelman made one substitute appearance for QPR in the 21–22 season before going on loan to Gillingham, where he appeared in eight games without scoring. He left the Gills in January to finish the season after returning to QPR in November. He scored two goals but was sent off in a 0-0 tie with Fleetwood Town, meaning he missed the final two games of the season.
After that, he was transferred on loan to Leyton Orient for the 22–23 campaign. In that season, the O’s won League Two, and he scored on his debut against Mansfield Town in a 1-0 triumph. In all, he made 47 appearances and scored seven goals.
He rejoined QPR, where he was replaced at halftime in the season’s opening match under then-manager Gareth Ainsworth. Before moving on to Wigan Athletic for the second half of the League One Season, where he would score three goals in 619 minutes, he made 11 appearances totaling 241 minutes.
