After a body was discovered in a Lincolnshire town, a woman was taken into custody. A member of the public reported seeing what they thought to be a body in a car on Bradford Road in Boston on Friday, August 16.
Police subsequently verified that a dead man had been discovered inside the car, and they are currently investigating the death as “unexplained.” A 34-year-old lady was taken into custody on suspicion of having a hand in the distribution of Class A drugs.
“We received a call from a concerned member of the public on Bradford Road, Boston, at 9.33am reporting what they believed to be a body in a car,” a spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said. Police were present, and we are able to verify that a deceased male was found in the vehicle.
“Until a post-mortem is performed, we are treating the death as unexpected at this time. A 34-year-old woman was detained and placed under conditional bail after it was suspected that she was involved in the distribution of Class A drugs. We are still looking into this.
